How to care for your curls in 5 steps!

Hi my name is Madin Lopez (they/them). I'm a veteran hair stylist, Executive Director of ProjectQ, and creator of ProjectQurls. ProjectQ is a non-profit organization that provides free gender affirming haircuts, self empowering workshops, food & hygiene free store, gender affirming clothing, chest binders, menstrual products, and so much more to LGBTQIA+ youth experiencing homelessness.


ProjectQurls is a gender neutral and versatile hair product line fo types 2b-4c Curly Queers!


I'm sharing 5 steps for you to improve your curl health using ProjectQurls.


Step 1. The Pre-Style. Deep cleans your hair on every 4th wash.


Step 2. In Between use Qo-Wash and detangle with the product in. then rinse.




Step 3. Detangle, use your Spray & Qomb to give your hair a bit of slip.




Step 4. Use the Qurl Qream, apply liberally. Individually twist, do your normal curl bunching routine




Step 5. Individually twist, do your normal curl bunching routine
